Based on redacted lines and photocopier marks from a declassified FBI file investigating the American Abstract painter Ellsworth Kelly, Cite (Spectrum Colours Arranged by Chance) is comprised of four acrylic panels set into rotating steel frames atop casters.
​
APD assisted the artist with the 3D rendering, fabrication, installation, and crating.
